Dantes Act of Revenge In the book, The Count of monte Cristo, pen by Alexandre Dumas exposes the truth behind what goes slightly comes back around besides known as karma. The main character Dante himself says, he considers his quite a little a gift from God, effrontery to him for the sole purpose of honour those who need tried to abet him and, more important, punishing those who brook hurt him. Dante never had to hold out karma until he was forced to bang with some cruel punishments as a result of his so-called friends. Together, these three men do the unthinkable to their friend Dante. All three men pen a letter accusing Dante of treason.

In prison, Dante meets Abbe Faria, an Italian priest, who teaches Dante history, science, philosophy, and languages making Dante a well-educated man. Faria dies, except reveals to Dante a greathearted treasure hidden on the island of Monte Cristco, and tells him how to find it should he ever escape.
